File guide

Your transfer comes out the way your file goes in. Here's how to set it up.

  • File types

    • Upload gang sheets as PNG, PDF or TIFF.
    • In the Gang Sheet Builder, you add your images and arrange them on the sheet.

  • Resolution

    • Use high-resolution artwork, 300 DPI where you can, at the final print size.
    • Low-resolution files can print soft or pixelated. Enlarging a small image doesn't add detail.

  • Size

    • Send your artwork at the size you want it printed.
    • Builder sheets are 22.3 in wide, from 1 ft to 60 ft long. Uploaded sheets come in lengths from 1 ft to 40 ft. UV DTF sheets are 22 in wide, from 1 ft to 30 ft.
    • For single transfers, order by size and set the width and height there.

  • Background

    • Use a transparent background. Remove anything you don't want printed, including white boxes and soft shadows.

  • Before you upload

    • We print the file as you send it, so check spelling and small details first.
    • Colors can look slightly different on screen than in print. Minor color variation isn't treated as a defect.
    • Only upload artwork you have the right to print, including logos, trademarks and copyrighted designs.
