Return and Refund Policy

At DTF Moon, every order is custom-made based on the artwork, size, material, and specifications submitted by the customer. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has entered production.

All Sales Are Final

DTF transfers, UV DTF transfers, gang sheets, roll transfers, sample packs, and other custom print products are made specifically for each customer. For this reason, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled if production has not started. Once your order has been printed, processed, or prepared for shipment, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

Artwork Responsibility

Customers are fully responsible for uploading correct, print-ready artwork. DTF Moon does not take responsibility for issues caused by:

Low-resolution files
Incorrect dimensions
Transparent background problems
Spelling or design mistakes
Wrong file uploads
Incorrect scaling
Poor image quality
Artwork submitted in the wrong format
Designs uploaded with unwanted backgrounds
Color expectations that differ from screen display

We recommend uploading high-resolution artwork at 300 DPI whenever possible.

Color Disclaimer

Colors may appear slightly different between digital screens and the final printed product. This can happen due to screen brightness, monitor settings, color profiles, fabric types, heat press settings, and application methods. Minor color variation is not considered a defect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our side, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To review your claim, we may request:

Clear photos of the received product
Photos of the packaging
Order number
A short explanation of the issue
Application photos or videos, if applicable

If the issue is confirmed to be caused by DTF Moon, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or another reasonable solution at our discretion.

Application Responsibility

Customers are responsible for correctly applying DTF and UV DTF products. DTF Moon is not responsible for damage or failed application caused by incorrect heat press settings, incorrect pressure, incorrect temperature, incorrect peeling method, unsuitable materials, or failure to follow application instructions.

Shipping Issues

Once an order is handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier. DTF Moon is not responsible for carrier delays, failed delivery attempts, incorrect addresses entered by the customer, weather delays, customs delays, or lost packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Custom DTF transfers
Custom UV DTF transfers
Gang sheets
Roll transfers
Sample packs
Priority printing fees
Digital services
Any custom-made or personalized product
