This website is operated by DTF Moon. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to DTF Moon. By visiting our website and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.

Custom Product Agreement

By placing an order with DTF Moon, you understand and agree that your order is custom-made based on the artwork, size, material, and specifications you provide. Once production begins, your order cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Customer Artwork Responsibility

You are fully responsible for the artwork you upload and submit. This includes file quality, resolution, size, spelling, transparency, background removal, dimensions, and final print readiness.

DTF Moon is not responsible for printing issues caused by customer-submitted artwork errors, including but not limited to:

Low-resolution files
Incorrect dimensions
Wrong artwork uploaded
Unwanted backgrounds
Transparent background issues
Spelling mistakes
Incorrect scaling
Poor image quality
Wrong file format
Designs not prepared for print

We may contact you if we notice an obvious issue, but we are not obligated to inspect, correct, edit, or approve every file before production.

Production and Processing

Production times may vary depending on order volume, artwork quality, product type, and operational conditions. Estimated processing times are not guaranteed unless specifically stated in writing.

Priority printing, if purchased, moves your order ahead in the production queue but does not guarantee a specific delivery date.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times shown at checkout are estimates provided by the shipping carrier. Delivery dates are not guaranteed by DTF Moon.

Once your order is handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather, incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or other circumstances outside our control.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is delayed, lost, returned, or delivered incorrectly due to an address mistake, DTF Moon is not responsible for replacement or refund costs.

PO Boxes

Some shipping services may not deliver to PO Box addresses. If a PO Box address is entered and the carrier cannot complete delivery, the customer may be responsible for any delay, return fee, or reshipping cost.

Product Use and Application

Customers are responsible for properly applying DTF and UV DTF products. DTF Moon is not responsible for failed applications caused by incorrect heat press settings, pressure, temperature, peeling method, material incompatibility, or not following application instructions.

Color and Print Variation

Printed colors may vary slightly from what appears on your screen. Screen settings, brightness, color profiles, fabric materials, and application methods can all affect final results. Minor color differences are normal and do not qualify as defects.

Intellectual Property

By uploading artwork to DTF Moon, you confirm that you own the rights to the artwork or have permission to use it. You are responsible for any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property issues related to the artwork you submit.

DTF Moon is not responsible for legal claims arising from customer-submitted artwork.

Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to orders containing prohibited, offensive, illegal, or infringing content.

Pricing and Availability

Prices, promotions, shipping rates, and product availability may change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or cancel orders affected by incorrect pricing.

Limitation of Liability

DTF Moon is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products, website, or services.
